RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL  
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the sale is considered complete and cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason other than as set out below.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS  
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipment, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at:

Please include:  
- Your full name/business name and order number  
- A description of the issue
- Photographs (if applicable) showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy  

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or other remedy. Failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery will be deemed acceptance of the item in its delivered condition.
