SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME  
All in-stock items are carefully packed, weighed, and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the date your order is placed.

SHIPPING RATES  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your package.

Once your cart is finalized, we will weigh and pack to get an accurate estimate and send you an invoiced e-mail to pay for shipping. Once paid, we will have the items picked up from our facility.

CARRIER HANDOFF & TRACKING  
After your package leaves our facility, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Good Game Anime.
